Hi, I’m Andrea and I’ve been working in the fitness industry for almost 30 years. In that time, I’ve taught Pilates, aerobics, step, circuit training, aqua and Swiss ball to name but a few.

I am a qualified level 3 Pilates instructor with further Fitness Pilates certifications for orthopaedic conditions and Pilates for older adults.

I still love teaching aerobics and step, as well as playing netball and off-road running for fun.

Exercise is such an important aspect to our lives in so many ways – physically, mentally and socially. Find something you love and you’ll never look back.
